About that columnist job I wrote last post?I didn’t get it. Bad news for me true, I felt quite depressed when I found out, but it’s ok. There are other opportunities out there for me I am sure. Apparently, I lack the proper training to work for the newspaper. Me being an ex-jeweler didn’t help either. Oh well. Maybe it just wasn’t for me. I can still always write here in this blog of mine right? Anyway, I applied for another job, this time as an assistant to a scientist. I know, I know, it sounds boring but it really is quite interesting. It seems this scientists travels around the globe on government grants. So this would definitely be anything but boring. Actually, I think anything other than my old job wouldn’t be boring! Anyway, I hope to get this job. I really want to see the world, but lack the funds. This job is gonna be a huge opportunity for me! As usual, Elena is right behind me, supporting every decision I make. Lucky me. She is all that keep me going.
